| So it seems like all of the people who I used to subscribe to and keep up with have now disappeared but I am hoping to still find a few folks who will support me through my weightloss journey. I have been eating one meal (breakfast) a day since 6/1 here are my weigh ins: 6/1: 285.0 6/2: 284.2 6/3: 283.4 6/4: 281.8 6/5: 281.0 So my goal is to continue to eat one meal a day until I get down to my goal weight of 125 which in this moment feels like ions away. I have also been trying to workout and reshape my body so that I dont have any access skin. Im scared about blogging because I tend to be inconsistent which for followers will find very fustrating but I will do my best to update regularly. |

| It's time to get back on the wagon and lose some serious weight before February. The plan is an oldie but a goodie, it worked to help me lose over 70lbs while I was overseas. The one meal a day plan is a sure winner so here is the break down: Morning: Starbucks Venti Caramel Machiatto Lunch: Salad with whatever I want on it and diet soda Thats it! Wish me luck! |

| So I have been busy beyond belief and I needed to travel for a potential promotion so Ive been on the road for alittle bit. Tomorrow morning I will weigh myself and start cracking the wipe again...blah this is hard! Im so pitiful its unbelievable. I hope tomorrow I hear whether or not I got the promotion (cross your fingers). Im really restless these days and have a lot on my mind. I really need to get it together! How do you all do it, I envy all of you. |

| Weigh-In: 305.0 Hmm thats not a wonderful start considering how little I ate yesterday and how much I burned, so I am hopeing that its just a lag with my body especially since I've just ended my period (TMI I know). I might not have time to hit the gym today because I am getting ready for a business trip and really need to get packed up and ready for that, so I will certainly need to watch my calories. Anyway off to work. -L |

| So I went back to the gym this evening but my workout was cut short by a phone call, and I realized that I really kinda needed to get home to my dog. But I managed to burn anoth 400 calories. Today as far as eating I only had 1 juice box (100 cals), and an Amy's vegan bowl (260 cals), and 2 pieces of gum (10 cals), and black coffee this morning (0 cals) so for the day I've consumed 370 cals. I also had some diet coke but that doesnt have any cals. The only pitfall to my mostly successful day was that I didn't really drink any water, something I will need to work on. Anyway Im off to bed, goodnight. |
